    We offer 100-day free returns for full refund or store credit, which never expires. If you want to exchange it instead, you have one year.
  • Do you restock your items?
    Yes! If you want to be notified when specific item restocked, look for "Notify Me When Available". It will ask for your email. You will receive an email as soon as item is back in stock!
  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?

  • When can I expect my refund?
    It can take up to two three weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund!
  • I’m fairly petite. What is you best bra that will add a size?
    There are a few options for bras that can help add a size to your bust. One option is a padded bra, which has padding in the cups to add volume to your bust. Another option is a push-up bra which has padding in the cups and underwire to lift and enhance your bust. A third option is a bra with removable pads, which allows you to customize the level of padding and volume you want. Finally, you could try a bra with foam lining or cookies, which are sewn into the cups to add shape and volume to your bust. It's important to keep in mind that while these types of bras can add size to your bust, they are not a permanent solution and will not actually increase the size of your breasts. They are simply a way to create the illusion of a larger bust.
  • What is a Pre-Order?
    PRE-ORDER means that the product is NOT currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size when item come back in stock. The benefit of purchasing pre-order item is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. Production time can vary from 2-6 weeks. Please note that delays may occur (i.e shipment held by customs) and dates are not guaranteed.

    Yes, we do have open cup bras and half bras available.

    Yes, we do carry crotchless panties and lingerie.

    Our inventory includes bras in a wide range of sizes, from band size 28 to 52 and cup sizes ranging from A to K. For panties, we offer sizes ranging from XS to 6XL, including S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, and 6XL.
  • What is your return policy if something should not fit?
    We allow 100 days for returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund.

    Yes, we allow returns as long as the item is unwashed and unworn, with all the labels attached. However, we do not accept returns for hosiery.

    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
